1kg flour00 / spelled flour / Kamut flour
50g sugar / honey
20gr salt
150ml sunflower oil / olive oil
150ml milk / soya milk
1 cube of brewer’s yeast
350 ml sparkling water
First you need to dissolve the brewer’s yeast in 150 ml of warm milk, once ready mix the ingredients as per the ladder (obviously not taking into account milk and yeast).
With this recipe you can make sandwiches with seeds, olives, walnuts, spianata with rosemary, pizza and much more.
Ventilated oven pre-heated to 200 degrees for about 25/30 minutes.
