Who would not like to be amazed, dumbfounded? Especially in the morning for breakfast? We could think of adding one-off a different, precious dish … so why not take advantage of the season to enrich our buffet! Not always obviously … costs too high to sustain, but those customers who would be at breakfast the exclusive dish would certainly have the effect “WOW”, they would have a good memory of us and undoubtedly write a good review.

From October to December it is the exclusive moment of the white truffle, we take advantage of the occasion and add to our salty corner of the small ricotta puff pastry with this gray diamond, or a very simple oven-baked omelette embellished by its scales, we all with beautiful handwritten tiles and we offer the exclusive of the day to our guests, even those who will not love the truffle will remain with the memory of what has been offered.
