Use the 125gr yogurt mold as a measuring device:
3 white spelled flour
1 white sugar
½ of oil
½ sachet for baking cakes
Water to mix everything starts with 150ml if you see that the dough is not yet soft add flush.
To this recipe you can add apples, pears, chocolate, ginger, orange peel … the stuffing can be changed at will.
Put all the ingredients in the mixer and mix everything together. Once you have a soft dough bake without using butter, I usually use baking paper, the choice is yours to create muffin or cake.
In a 200 degree warm oven for 30 minutes, muffins will last for 20 minutes.
